One of many young producer to have taken the entire scene by storm this past year has been XXYYXX without a doubt. Now amassing a great crate of originals and remixes this on the rise producer is gearing up for the release of his next LP. Having most recently caught XXYYXX when he came through the Larimer Loung this past winter I can only hope that a handful of the unreleased gems he pulled out for that set will be present on this upcoming album. Just late last night Marcel Everett hooked it up with a sneak peek off the album ‘Pay Attention” and it only has only succeeded in giving me goosebumps every time I have bumped it since. We’re taken by the hand on an ambiant journey through textures and a fading vocal sample that peeks its head in and out throughout the track. Until we get some more news on the album we can only wait with baited breathe but you can all rest assure we will be keeping you up to date with all the happenings as we catch wind of them!
